Terms and Conditions

1. IMP Electronic Systems uses "simple acceptance rule" as defined in ILAC G8:2019 to determine in and out of tolerance measurements.

2. A TUR of 4:1 will be maintained unless otherwise stated.

3. Unless otherwise requested, the calibration frequency will be set to 12 months.

4. Calibration records will be maintained for a period of 10 years.

5. IMP's quotes are in Canadian funds and valid for a period of 30 days.

6. All applicable taxes are extra.

7. Any items requiring repair, will be at an additional cost, quoted and approved prior to proceeding.

8. Any items requiring repair may require additional time beyond the quoted lead time.

9. The lab offers commercial calibration service. ISO 17025 accredited certs, on select equipment, can be provided for an additional fee.

10. Transportation of calibration items shall be at the expense of the customer.

11. IMP's payment terms are Net 30.
